Rear window
Thanks

Either way, remove the access panel in the tailgate. There are two arms coming out of the regulator, and each arm is attached to a track. Each track has two bolts holding it to the window. Remove the bolts and the window will move freely of the regulator.
Then you have the window out of the way. Pull it out and support it with something. Once you have it up and supported you can get to the regulator and the window motor. Mine did this recently too, the plastic gear (why Ford, why?) was shattered and in pieces. Bought a new motor and it's been working great. I also shorted the "tailgate closed" switch so the window will operate regardless of whether the tailgate is open or closed.
the dowel. It makes for a bulletproof spacer and it still functions like it should.
Don't pay to buy the deal on ebay or the parts house, Make your own I am sure you
can search for pictures and instructions but it is self explanatory if you take the gear
apart and measure it all and head to Homeless Depot!!
