55 steering column, automatic trans
Howdy all,
I'm looking for a steering column for my 55. I'm putting an automatic trans in it so I would like the one that would be for an automatic truck.
What steering column parts are unique to a truck with an automatic? could I use any correct year steering column and just adapt the few parts that are different?
I'd sort'a like to have a steering column that "looks" correct. I know it won't "BE" correct......there were no F-600s with automatic transmissions!!!
