Hey everybody
My turn signals won't work there is no click sound when I press up up for the right side, but it will click down for the left signal, but neither signal will flash, the hazard lights work though. So is it the switch that is bad, or maybe the cam? Also does anybody know where you can pick up a replacement back seat, online?
Thanks Jeff

The cancelling cam is definately bad, and it sounds like the switch may be too. I'm not sure about an '84, but one for an '80 is about $100. I tried an aftermarket cam, and while it only cost about $10.00, that's about all it was worth. It wouldn't cancel the turn signals after 2 days, but it DID hold the turn signal arm in place, and could be manually cancelled, which got me past State Inspection, which was my only concern at the time. I think '84's are somewhat cheaper, but my point is to stick with factory parts, even if it means a used one from the boneyard., unless you like pulling your steering wheel repeatedly. It's been a while but I was just thinking that the cam and switch were kinda integrated in some way.
