Has anyone bought tires from www.onlinetires.com ? They have smoking deals, makes me wonder if they have good service? I want to buy asap, and need to know about this place.
I don't know about them, but I ordered tires from tirerack.com before, and they have good prices and fast shipping. I ordered mine on a Thursday, and got them on Monday. Just another option for you.
I will be buying tires soon, and I've already looked into this. www.onlinetires.com is the cheapest I have found anywhere by FAR. But.......my local Discount Tire said they would price match!!!!! Shipping prices factored in of course. I am not quite ready for tires.....but I figure I might as well get em early while the prices are so great at onlinetires. Not very often a wholesale place sells to the public
buy local any probs down the road and your store will help. my last net purchase was good for a while till I had seperation in the tread which caused air loss and the tire could granade any time. even with their insurance it takes time to resolve any problem so it wasnt worth a few dollars to me. I bought a new set from discount tire ( nitto grapplers ) and they were very price competive.PLUS any probs down the raod they will help much better.
Clint....I'm with ya on buying local!!! But all I was saying is Discount Tire will price-match pretty much anybody. And I don't think anybody's prices are lower then www.onlinetires.com My tire guy said they would match it. That's my plan
I ordered from onlinetires monday. I will let you know how it goes. Locally, I dont have very many tire shops. Les schwab stopped carring bfg's. All the other shops prices are way more money, then online.
Personally. .. I would buy from a local shop. Don't deal with these online companies. . . if you have a problem. . . it will take forever and hours on the phone. . . and more money to get it worked out. Keep it to the local workers not the guy selling out of a cubical

I bought my B-STONES REVOS AT tires from tirerack.com when i had 26,000 on the my truck.( I got a bolt thru one of my tires, decided to buy all four) I got 93,000 on them now. I,m working on 70,000 miles, great tire.

Got my tires in 3 days. I talked to one of the guys, and he was very nice.
I've ordered 2 sets of tires (1 truck and 1 car) from tirerack.com and I think that they have very good prices and fast shipping. In fact even with getting the tires mounted, balanced, etc at Sears they were still almost a $100.00 cheaper than what Sears could do! Just another choice for you to consider. Good luck!
