I've got a 2004 Lareit with leather seats, that at some time before my purchace, had the upolstery pulled away from the back of the fold down-armrest-cubby cupholder. With the backrest folded down, the storage lid (becoming the arm rest) exstends back to the problem piece of material.
My question is , has anyone taken the cup holder surround and cubby lid off Succesfully and then removed the box and lower (or inner plastic) cup holder sections to gain acsses to the, fabric tab(once) sewn to the outer bottom center seat cover.
I have poked around the net, manuals, and the seat section as well and have only come up with. A) the cup holder surround seams to pry off, with retainers holding it in place? B)The lid and box may be one piece, with screws accessable only after removing the front pad and lifting the storage compartments inner glued on padding?
I have seen expoded drawings of this seat section but not found the upolstery removal steps related to the storage and such removal. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks
Yikes, Nobody. I've been meaning to gently get closer to disassembly since purchasing the rig,but its most noticable from the back seat. Making it one of those back burner type things.
