As for the font sizes, where it says [Size], click that down button.
You'll get 1 through 7; 1 being the smallest, and 7 being the largest font.

Certified copy of birth certificate,SS Card and CA ID should suffice, but to be safe, take any great grand parents over the age of 100 to vouch for you...LOL
Just thought I'd point that little piece of info out.
