I am looking for a set of new AC registers for my Rotunda underdash unit. They look just like the Mustang registers but, after I recieved a set, the Mustangs are slightly smaller. Anyone know of a source ofr these? Thanks!
Give Concours Parts and Accesories a call since they carry 4 different sets. You can look in there catalog first to be sure. If you can find the part # on the drop down it would help narrow what you need for sure. Then call Green sales for a NOS with the part # someone on here can give you.

hipoparts.com sells a CD version of the 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog (also on ebay). EVERYONE that owns one of these trucks should have this catalog, the cost is around $25.00.
1963/64 Galaxie/Falcon/Fairlane & 1965/66 Mustang/Falcon/Fairlane = C3AZ-19A671-A .. Register-Round ~ The face on these A/C unit is called Select-Aire on the Galaxies. The Mustang type has a Ford crest on it. There's no mention of Rotunda, or the emblem Rotunda used.
1965/69 F100/350 = C2MY-19A671-A .. Register-Round ~ These are shown & listed in the 1964/72 Ford truck parts catalog, but here again, there's no mention of Rotunda.
Is the C2MY type correct? Maybe.
F100/350: The A/C "Hang On" (drop down?) units were dealer installed only. In fact, there were no factory installed A/C units on Ford trucks till 1967. All previous years were dealer installed only. 1967 and later...the factory installed A/C's are either in the dash itself, or are a long slender unit integral with the bottom of the dash.
The A/C registers used on the Rotunda accessory A/C may be the C2MY type, they may not be. I'm not sure. Rotunda was the name Ford used for accessories in the 1960's. Some of the parts are only listed in the Rotunda parts catalog = good luck finding one.
I'd call Green Sales and ask them what they believe to be correct.
AIRHARLEY: Section 195 / Page 2 = illustration of the Hang On A/C used on 1965/66's. If you can scan and post this illustration, the OP may be able to determine if this is the same unit he has.
