Head Porting Question.??
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 04-Jun-02 AT 06:41 PM (EST)]I use carbide metal removers to ruff it in and then I have sanding rolls in verying grits 60,80,100 for the polishing. How smooth do you make them, on the exhaust side I try for a mirror finish, and the intake side I like to stop after the 80 grit.I use these in a air die grinder running at 40 Psi so it runs at half speed (15000 Rpm )
