Programming the Edge in cold weather.
I just purchased my edge and there's a warning in the manual stating that I can't program the truck in -0 temps. Can I just pull it in the garage and program it in there or can I not run it in the cold? Much appreciated.

It's not good to program the PCM when it is below freezing, a few people had some strange things happen. I would drive the truck and get it warmed up to operating temp. and then pull it in the garage and do the programming above freezing.

I got mine last a couple of weeks ago as well and it was around 20 degrees. I drove the truck home and then installed the Edge. Drove it a couple times in 0, stock mode. Couldn't wait any longer and reprogrammed on level 2. I have not had any issues with it.
