5.8 throttle stuck

5.8 throttle stuck
My E-350 w/ 5.8/C-6 throttle stuck the other day, after not using the truck for several weeks. I pulled the cable from the throttle body, and found the problem lies in the throttle, not the cable. Springs appear to be OK. Can move the throttle by hand, but it's stiff. What do I have happening here?
