Axle hub lock nut torque?

Does anyone know offhand the torque spec on the ratcheting lock nut that holds the rear axle hubs on? I smelled brakes when i got out of my truck, felt the RR wheel and it was very HOT. Took the wheel off, and removed the caliper. The pads just fell out, one fell off the backing, and the other was shot. The rotor was trashed, the other side the same. The parking brake shoes were also trashed, probably because i accidentally left the brake applied when i left and went into town before i noticed the squeaking. Anyway, i had to remove the axle shafts and the hubs to gain access to the parking shoes.

All this, and i still only want to know the torque number. thanks.

Kris, I know you have to take the axle out to change the rotors on a dually, but I didn't know you had to do that on a srw. Or is that just if you want to change the pads for the emergency brakes?

If nothing else, I'm bumping you up.

No, removing the rotors are easy. Just like the front. On Duallies the rotor is intergrated into the hub so it makes it harder.

beee right back, got it in the truck

This is SRW mind you, and right from the dealer techbook.

Tighten to 81NM (60 ftlbs)

new brearings:
ratchet back 5 teeth (clicks)
(looser)

used bearings:
ratchet back 7 teeth (clicks)
(looser)

This is an important thing to follow.

Sorry I havent paid much attention lately. Getting a concussion sucks!
