Painful? That's a nice looking truck and appears to be well constructed. What's wrong with it?

I think there could a lot of hidden problems just by looking at the stuff that is left unfinished. On the other hand, by leaving some of the stuff unfinished it might make it easier for the future owner to look inside and under. Hopefully who ever bids on it takes the time to take a close look at it.

Just doesn't appeal to me, just not my style.

The Chevy bed is not something I'd do either but we all march to a different drum. I'd be worried about the use of the Ranger frame more than the bed...

The rake on the truck looks wrong imo. Maybe just because of the way the Chevy bed fits, it also looks too short height wise.

To each his own, somebody else's money worth more than my opinion.

Personally I think the lines of the GM bed match the curvature of the cab really well. I like it

I don't like that it appears nose high and I don't like the tires and wheels

I actually don't think it looks that bad but it's not my type of truck. I'm a stocker, or mild custom. I appreciate the stock design. I just wouldn't want a vehicle that was so worked over and I would wonder why he didn't finish the box before painting the rest of the truck. Did he throw a cheapie paint job on it to make it look good from 20 feet away just so he could get rid of it? I just think there might be a lot of issues with this truck, maybe not, maybe it's one of the best built trucks out there. No one knows unless you go out and look at it in person.
