Radius Arm Bolts

I recently purchased a '96 F150 4WD and quickly discovered the Radius Arm bushings are shot. I've bought new poly bushings for the truck and plan on grinding off the rivets on the drivers side bracket as suggested in many posts.

I know I need to use grade 8 bolts to replace the old rivets but can any one tell me what bolt size I will need? The posts I've read through mention 7/16 and 1/2 bolts but I was hoping someone could provide a firm answer.

I think it's an either/or situation. I remember on mine I used 7/16 along with the grade 8 lock washers and nuts.

I recall it's 7/16" also, but wouldn't bet the farm on it. I think that there maybe some play with the 7/16" and none in the 1/2". Any how, I did what he did^^^.
