chip/programer???
I just bought an 2005 Harley Davidson F250 with the BANKS Monster exhaust and an Airaid cold air intake. The question is where do I look for a chip in this thing? It does not cut off and has a super amount of power (I know its not stock) My friend has his duramax programed and rode with me and said his would not touch this truck!!!

I really hope someone didn't put a hard chip on your truck. The hard chips plug into the PCM and are usually taped down to prevent them from walking out. Your PCM should be behind the emergency brake and you should be able to see any add ons to it.
If you have a tune installed, it's written over the stock program on the EEPROM and is not a visible feature.

All they can do is erase your performance file and replace it with a stock tune. I don't know of any way to tell who's file has been uploaded. If you are really computer literate, you could download the file and view it in hex and compare to different files to see if you can identify a finger print.

The fuel pump should prime when the key is turned on, when you turn it off, the fuel pump shouldn't have anymore fuel and the engine shuts down. Perhaps it's the turbo spooling down and the reason your parent's trucks don't do it is theirs blows off the pressure immediately and yours holds on for a second longer. Which would be a pretty good indication of either a tune or a mod to the turbo.
