Good service
Just thought I would toss out some kudos for Banks Turbos ... I was at their website a few days ago and wandered around looking for something for my '86 6.9 ... I e-mailed them when I didn't find what i was looking for ... yesterday I get a phone call ... The guy on the other end gave me individual parts costs, and even a package cost for full system form the intake filter to the exhaust tips ... I told him I was just shopping around right now and might not be doing any major work (unless needed) until summer ... He said he would call me back in a few months to see where I was with my rig ...
Talk about good service ... Even without a purchase ...
