Head Gaskets
Pulled A Load For The First Time With My 03 Psd With 88000 Miles Up A Mountain When I Got To The Top And Stopped I Had Some Water Blowby From The Water Tank. Is This A Sign Of Blown Head Gaskets.

It could be head gaskets but it could be a couple other things. Coolant level too high,egr cooler/ oil cooler on the way out. Keep an eye on the degas bottle the min line is now the max line if yours doesn't have the revised level sticker.
