Windshield Wiper Problem

Turned on the truck the other day and turned on the wipers to get rid of the snow and something broke, now you can hear the wiper motor running but the wipers dont do anything. Question is Is the linkage under the black plastic cover that runsjust under the windshield?????

not sure on the superduty's, but on the end of the wiper arm on the 150's there is a little black plastic cap. pop it off and tighten the 9/16" nut.

Yes it is, You have a two piece cowl cover. You have several screws from the top of the cowl cover to remove, and the rubber gasket that just pulls off under the hood. And a couple plastic push pins, Good luck..
