I'd replace the donuts, FelPro p/n 8194 work great, They are slightly bigger than stock and squish down nicely, Just use lots of antisieze on em.
They were 7.14 for the pair at NAPA.

Is there soot behind the turbo on the firewall?? If there are no leaks then there is really no reason to change it out... It is a little more work than just doing the wheel....

If you do plan on doing that then the turbo will have to be taken out for the up pipes and most likely for the fuel system...

You can get the wheel from www.dieselsite.com or just watch the classified sections... they are all the same and shouldn't be over 75 bucks...
