Yeh Chris Im trying to think off what sleds they used. Im drawing a blank though. What do they use in Wahoo for sleds. The Big red sled was used for several years. JS Delaney from Fremont. There are several.
Yeah I tried to reply to that ealier but the server was all locked up or to busy, guess it never sent it through. CBS is correct, they do use the showboat, but there is no antique pulling in Wahoo, around here for antique we use the Iron Horse, but mostly Little Red which is made out of a cabover truck. Last year at wahoo they used the showboat for the farm tractors and trucks, but the bush pullers used there own sled, I don't remember the name but it was purple or blue, one of the two.
His name is Larry Whitmore.....he's about 50 years old. Shorter (I'm about 6'5" so everyone is shorter) and filled out. I got a schedule of their pulls today so maybe sometime we could meet up at one.
Ok, were not talking about the same guy, the only person I have a problem with or rather he seems to have a problem with me is Delmer, if everyone else is doing it...I'm not allowed to do it, but I guess he's been alrite this year, although he hasn't been doing much of the sled running, he seems to be more interested in pulling his own stuff now.
I'll be in Yutan this Sunday, I'm not sure if I'm going to Schuyer or not yet, kinda depends on the weather and cultivating situation. Although I could always get my a$$ in gear and tune up the other tractor and take that instead.
After that I know I'll be at Camp Creek for sure and probably Springfield (late one for sure, not sure about the early one yet)
