Transmission Id Help
Hi, This is my first post here but I have been surfing this forum for quite a while now. I bought a low mileage 66 SWB about a year ago and it came with several extra parts. It is a 352 3-speed and is pretty much all original except that it has been repainted. The motor has never been out of the truck but it still starts and runs great. It has already been converted to power steering and came with all the stuff to convert it to disc brakes, which I intend to do soon. It also came with an automatic transmission and steering wheel. I wrote down the tag data from the transmission and I was wondering if someone would be able to tell me if it would work in my truck if I decide to convert it. The tag reads as follows: Line 1 >PJD AL1 D19, Line 2>D7TP AUA026047. Also, would I have to shorten the drive shaft and relocate or replace the transmission mount. Thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.

First of all ascertain that it is a FE bell transmission. it has a 77 truck number and that is after the FE engines were produced for trucks.
The bell should be rounded across the top, not flat.
