I have this cab spoiler for a Flareside, as well as a fiberglass tonneau, and some other items that came off of a Mark III extended cab Flareside. Let me know if you are still interested. I am in Western NC.

Hey all, just picked up a 1993 Flareside Mark III with 5.0 auto. I've been trying to decide on an exhaust setup. I was thinking dual side exit behind rear tires, or straight back. Also been kicking around the idea of side pipes or stacks (like Dodge's Lil Red Express). Anyone have some pics or thoughts?

Mine again

I owned this 95 Flareside from 2001- 2016. When I sold it, her age was showing and a friend needed a vehicle and we had just bought a 2014 Explorer. I saw her at a garage 3 three days ago and new I needed her back. My wife agreed. The photo is from about 2013. I need to find out where to get the body fairing. She needs a lot of TLC right now. Will post a picture of her current condition later.

I have a 1995 Ford F150 4x4 Mark lll with a 5.8L V8 in it

and I and about to drop $4k into it. I know it's not worth much but I don't care. I have no plans to sell it since it was my first vehicle.. I had all the rust removed when I got her and had the crossmember brackets under the bed replaced because they were rusted so much the were nearly disintegrated plus I drove it 50 miles with the bed not bolted down lol.

WIth the 1993-1995 Flareside trucks that have two tone paint, specifically Black with Opel metallic(grey lower stripe); What colour is the pin stripe(s) between the two colours?
Most look like a two tone pin stripe, that is purple/pink?
Anyone have the colour name or colour code for that pin stripe?

The dealer gave us $4,500 on a trade. They wanted $6,995 for it! It had the factory roller cam 5.0L(302) engine, automatic, and limited-slip 3.55:1 geared rear axle. We bought it from a used dealer who were neighbors of the original owner. Truck had 68,000 miles on it when we got it. It was like showroom new perfect. We paid $10,000 for it. It had, if I remember correctly, 84,000 miles on it when we traded it. It needed: two power window motors, and a good buffing of it's black paint, but ran great. We've seen maybe 10-12 Flaresides from 2001 on. A couple of supercab versions, too. A 5.8L regular cab would be something to look for. I think either starting in '93,or '94 year 351 engines Ford used a roller cam. I know our '94 Bronco had a roller cam 5.8L. The RAREST Flareside pickup would have to be the 1987 areo cabs, but with the old style steel rear fenders. Ford dropped the Flareside from factory production starting in '88 thru'91, but I've seen these year trucks with the later 1992 fiberglass(?) style Flareside box on them. In 1991 I remember seeing an article for a Flareside conversion from a company down South somewhere. Sorry, it's been so long ago, I don't remember where. You'd buy a 117" wheelbase regular box F-150, and they would convert your pickup to a Flareside. If you look on ebay, sometimes they have older Flaresides that they seem to want a lot of $$$$. If we held out more, or sold ours privately, we probably could've got another $1,000 for it because of the good shape it was in. It was quick little pickup , too. Only thing non-stock was it's dual exhaust system. It sounded real good when you got on it!
I also believe the 1987 Flaresides are the rarest. At the end of the 1986 production year, Ford had 1700 Flareside beds left over.
Because the 8th generation had the new wheel openings, Ford had to build new fenders to fit on the remaining 1986 beds.
So it looks like Ford only made 1700 Flaresides trucks for 1987 and that would be the last year of the wooden beds.

For the 9th generation (1992-96) Ford made steel beds with rear fiberglass fender/side panels bonded to the steel beds with epoxy.
The bonding line is about 3" down from the top of the bed.
Ford literature shows that the Flareside was available in 1996, but there were no pictures of it in the 1996 Ford literature,.
There is a picture of a blue 1996 Flareside on the internet but they never show the door tag code. That truck may have been built as a styleside and someone changed the bed.
I say this because I can find many pictures of 1987 Flaresides even though Ford only made 1700, but I can only find that one1996 Flareside.
I belive1995 was the last year of the 9th generation Flaresides.

Are you still looking? Call or text me, my father has this truck. 9144668087

I stumbled on this site and realize it’s old. If you’re still looking, call for details. My father’s truck matches the details you were looking for. [QUOTE=95FlaresideGotAway;17387075]I NEED to find a 1995 F-150 Flareside XLT Ext cab 4x4. I would prefer automatic with the 5.8. I dont care about body or interior condition, I will restore if I need to. I just need to find one. Please, someone hook me up with someone who has one. I would settle with a 5.0, i may even settle with a standard cab, if i cant find what i really want. PLEASE HELP ME!!![/QUOT

I own a '95 Eddie Bauer automatic 5.8 ext cab. I love it, but it deffinently knows when tax season has arrived. I've had 2 auto shop owners say dont put any more money into it, dont drive it further than you can walk home. I just fix what needs fixed and it does fine. Both them lost out on a customer n $. Yes its continuous maintanence but thats what ya do to keep any vehicle going. The only thing I dont like is the bed is smaller and wont fit my diamond plated tool box. But Im rigging it along the side, that way I dont have to get in the back to access it. My regular tire and alignment guy offered up his shop for my truck, so Im guessing theyre pretty rare.
