I need info on if I need a special drop bracket for the twin i beams in the front. I want to put on a 4 inch lift but was told without the bracket my front wheels would turn in a good bit.

even the 2 inch leveling kit is pushing it, you can get them in spec but the cam used puts alot of stress on the balljoints.
the 4 inch drop bracket isnt very heavy duty, its a 2 piece set-up and is prone to cracking at the welds or even tearing the steel under heavy use and abuse, someone on here has pictures of theirs that broke, i cant remember who though. sorry
the heavy duty 6 inch from skyjacker is a huge, beefy reinforced unit, i love it.

I just mentioned my drop bracket in another strand. I have a 2.5" Rough Country lift installed by the PO. One of the brackets shattered on the highway, SCARY. I have researched other lifts and all those I have seen larger thank 2" come with or require them. For the TTB I would do a Superlift 4" or 6" with the super runner steering kit. My .02 ...
