I'm not sure who makes the one in your picture but check out what Highway Products offers. In my opinion Highway makes top notch rack's, toolboxe's, and so on. http://www.800toolbox.com/cabguards_p/cabguards_p.htm

Highway products do look nice, But I like the idea of being able to mount a Strobe lightbar on the headache rack. No need to mount on the roof.
