looking at the 72 brochure, and a 71 brochure they show optional Jr west coast mirriors exactly like mine,
there was also a lesser jr west coast mirror without the forward brace, only the vertical "U" bar. this was common on van cabs and delivery as well.
the mirrors in the video were available, but likely not too common except in chassis cabs, flatbeds, etc. I have them on my camper special. painted versions are also available in addition to stainless.
i havent seen them on anything later than a 72 unless they were added by the owner. not to say they werent available
The mirrors you want from that video were the standard mirror on Camper Specials until 1976. Starting in 1977, Camper Specials came with recreational swing-outs. If you look at the list of items included with the Camper Special package from a 1976 or older brochure, you'll see that Ford called them Western Long-Arm mirrors. Most of the people I've talked to call them Jr. West Coast.
