This is my first post and I just wanted to say hello. Today, I had an oil line that blew -the one that comes from the HPOP to the cylinder head. I tried to call NAPA and they said it was a dealer only item. Just wanted to know if anyone had any part numbers for International or anyone else. I want to replace both lines, (passenger side and drivers side). Any help would be greatly appricated.
did the line fail or was it the seals?
I had the seals go in mine and before I found this forum I had a "Stealer" I mean dealer replace them. I am sure some one here can tell you where and what to get. The next question is do you have the time and tools to replace them?
I was on my way back from B.C. fishing and lost mine somewhere in Kansas. I had to use the above mentioned.
It was definately the lines the two where rubbing together and wore down the steel braid into the rubber. I do have the tools. I already have them off and need some parts.
I went to the dealer and priced them out, because the ends looked rough after removing and connecting them several times removing the terminator, and they quoted me at over $100 for one side, and just under $100 for the other side. I turned around and walked out!
Remove the quick disconnect fittings from the HPOP, and take them to a local hydraulics shop, replace them with JIC fittings, and have some hoses made. just make sure the hoses have a burst strength of at least 6000 # (your stock HPOP works at up to 2900+ #s if it is in good condition) fittings and hoses should come in less than $125
KCM also has some hard line SS lines, but I am not sure the cost on them.
Welcome to FTE, looks like you need to seach for your local international dealer tell them you have a T444E international with the correct year and see if they can bet Kris stealer quote.
Other than that I don't know where you could get them fast.

I want those SS hard lines, bigger diameter too. The early trucks, 94-98 use the JIC fittings, no gay-azz STC fittings.
