Stuck Seat

Okay, I'm an idiot. I've got a '95 F250 Super Cab and I folded the back seat down a couple of weeks ago and can't figure out how to raise it back up. Is there a trick or is it stuck. The part that is stuck is the bottom of the seat. It flips over and the seat back folds down flat. The seat back comes back up but the bottom is stuck. Just wondering if anyone knows the trick to get this back up.

there shold be a releas lever on one side or the other that allows you to flip the seet over that same lever should allow you to put it back.
