what a coinsadense my is the doing this as well, i was told to check the trap door in the heater box under the dash, if it doesn't open it won't let in the hot air, i haven't done it yet b/c i have something more important to worry about on mine right now, but that is what i was told to do it is right behind the glove compartment. good luck

First check that both coolant lines going to the heater core are hot when the motor is at operating temperature. If they are not disconnect them and flush the heater core with a garden hose, and then reconnect the hoses. If the hoses are hot remove the glovebox and then the core cover behind it and look for a foreign object jambing the diverter door or a broken vacuum line or cable from the heater controls.
