Hmmm....What should I do now?

OK, my engine rebuild has come to a rapid halt. I'm stuck aswith what to do next. When I got the engine apart I found out the engine had already been bored out .3000 over. Which was something I had planned on doing. Upon further inspection, I discover that the whole engine has already been rebuilt, and probably within the last 3 years or so. Which Is rather disappointing because I realize now that I could have just replaced my heads and been OK. My heads were my initial problem. The crank shaft had also been bored out .1000 over. Please forgive my terms if I'm not correct. I'm new to engines. So basically it is my understanding that I can savce my pistons and crank shaft, but I will have to replace all my bearings, oil pump, cam shaft, lifters, rings, and more I may have overlooked. My "replacement" engine that I put it so I could keep my truck running while I rebuilt mine is on a very short lifeline right now. I just dicovered antifreeze getting into the oil today. I want to get this rebuilt FAST! My friend told me I need a "mild" rebuild kit.
Can anyone recommend a catalog or online supplier that I can trust I will get good parts? Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Well if you say it looks like it's just been rebuilt recently I'd just put it back together with the parts you have on hand. except I'd replace the bearing. Rings should still be good just make sure you get them back in the same order you took them out in. As for the oil pump Run it in a bowl of parts cleaner and then clean it up good pumps don't the heck to often in just 3 years of use.

If you opted for new rings then make sure you run a hone in each cylinder to break the glaze and help the rings to seat.

As for parts stores I use NAPA or CarQuest here for the everyday things, And Jeg's and Summit for the aftermarket stuff .
