351C valve train specs
I need specs for valve springs for a 73 351C. valve spring pressures and heights. Thanks
I'm putting in a cam that is a little more aggressive, and wondering if we need different springs. the current springs are factory, but relatively new, so i don't want to replace if i can get by with these
Thanks
Steve

I'd check with the cam manufacturer to be sure but the general rule of thumb I go by is that if the cam has .500" gross lift or more then I would put new springs in it.

I have a Crane cam in my C351 and use stock springs and Crane adjustable roller rockers from Summit and it has performed great for at least the last 5yrs. It is what was considered as a torque cam and I don't drag at the dragstrip. Liken street use only.

p.s. make sure to clean and locktite new rocker studs on this set up
