Choke question
Here's some history.... The carb origonally had an electric choke, well while changing valve covers one day I broke the tab. So I put a regular choke off another "spare" carb on it. (arn't extra parts great!
) It ran great for months until I rebuilt the carb and decided to put another electric on it. Sadly enuf my spare parts carb's electric was bad so I had to put the other choke back on. The truck will fire up as soon as I turn the key, and most of the time idle well. Sometimes it Idles like there's a radical cam but it sounds good
Do I need to lean the choke some or is there an anjustment that needs to be made??? This is where I'm lost. The linkages haven't been changed any just the black housing w/the spring. Thanks!!

Sunday I was pulling horses and as soon as I shifted into park the idle shot up to 1500-2000 and wouldn't drop down. Fired it up this morning and it worked great. Just can't figure out why the high idle is sticking......
