NYS Inspection?

I brought my Excursion in to be inspected today and Excursion was not in the DMV database.....WTF?The inspector tried to enter it manualy and it would revert to Expedition!Anyone have this happen and if so do you know why?

Yeah, but we were able to enter in manually and the computer took it. It asks if you want to keep what you entered or revert to what was on the list, he must not have understood?
