302 compression!!!!

302 compression!!!!
Got a qeustion. Have a 1978 model 302, just checked compression. Motor has 135 to 140 pounds of pressure pure cylinder, but is very weak. It's in a 65 ford f-100, want turn the tires over on a wet road. Also blowing oil up in the air cleaner,can anyone help?
