replace a 292 with a 390???
now to the point... when i had my 352 that i tossed in a 390 crank and rods and a comp cam magnum cam with a 750 edelbrock and some how mannaged to get 12+ MPG with ported cobra jet heads... it is know around here as the 460 duster seeing how i never came close to loosing a race, tho i did loose to a 383 stroker (damn chevys). that build up cost me about $900 for all all that and ignition, wires, bearings, cam, carb, and so on, i know most parts in fes are inerchangeable such as cranks and heads so on....
now on a small block i can get one for free and i can rebuild it cheaper tho id like to know what it would take to keep up with my old 352 if i went this route with out being rediculs on gas way to expensive and i guess over all what it would take...
how involed would these be to swap and what would be the most cost enffeciant quickest best power builder??? i am in desperate need of your help if i could please get it it would be much appreciated thanks....
