I dunno... I am tossing up options at the moment, as I am eligible for the A-plan, but if I do, it will be the turbo, not the V8 (0-100 in 5.3 ).
As for the nose, the wheelbase is longer... so the wheels are closer to the corners.
Just to update you...
It has received a 5 star crash rating, and the LOW powered turbo I6 initial performance testing has been 0-60mph in 4.9s.
The figures for the high powered variants has not been released as yet.
I will post the first drive reviews tomorrow (it has been handed out to the press today).
Needless to say, I have been fortunate enough to drive it... the only car I can compare to that I have driven is the current V10 M5, and that costs 5 times as much.
It is an absolutely spectacular car - and I am not just saying that either...
Fred every time you throw us an aussie bone, i end up hating you for a few minutes! I love the Fords you guys get, to bad Detroit cant get it together. GM tried with the GTO, which was an awesome car if it didnt look like a grand am, and every other soft pontiac. I think Ford could regain some market share if they showed some cajones, and offered up some of the Hot Rods from down under! Just give me a few minutes Fred and i will get over hating you again. hahahaha!!! Dan
