400 Flattops???

400 Flattops???
Does anyone know of anybody that makes flattops for the 400? How is the price of these as compared to bushing the rods and using 351C pistons? I am rebuilding my engine and am looking for 9:1 or 9.5:1 comp and about 300 hp. I was gonna go stock but I've decided that if I am gonna get in there and do it, I might as well spend the extra few bucks and get the goods. Any questions, comments, or advice is more than welcome.
