Good morning all. Day before yesterday, i got in my 06 F-350 and when i started it up, the blower moter was on full high. I pushed the off button and it went to full high out of the defrost. If i push auto it goes to full high in whatever mode i am in. ie floor, vent, mix. When i adjust the motor speed nothing happens.
Any help, or sugestions would be greatly appriciated. thanks in advance.
I have the same problem. It is a resistor or a fuse link or something like that. Ford knows what it is, they will fix it under warranty. The blower is either high or nothing.
No resistors in these new trucks.
It's a solid state blower control. mounted next to the blower motor. check the tech info for super dutys, it's in there.
