Help! Fuel Filter!!!
OK, so I took my old fuel filter off and went to put the new one on. I got one of the lines hooked up, then when I went to put in the other it wouldnt reach. I didn't know why until I realized that the fuel line was almost totally covering the first part of the filter. I tried to pull it off but its totally stuck. I cant even get the saftey in there because its so jammed on that the tool wont even fit in the space thats left. What do i do????

Did you get the right filter? I know there is a short one, then the line goes all the way up. I know we used to cut the filter off, then use the tool and pull the line out with a needle nose. I dont think there would be any other way. I dont think you could pull it off, if you can, Ford does sell them springs to go into the fuel lines.
