2005 Expi Door Code?
Well I had to get rid of my old Bronco. She gave up the ghost and blew her engine.. Sad day for the old beast.. But on the brighter side, it got me 2005 Expedition.. MUCH different truck. Of course, I am not sure that I want to go bombing through the trails in something like that, but in New England, there are fewer and fewer places to do this anyway....
I have a couple of questions for anyone here that may be able to help..
Since I apparently bought it from a dealer that is looking to nickel and dime every last cent out of me, I resorted to this..
1: The truck came with the built in Navigation System.. I have mapset 2v, and all the disks to it, EXCEPT for Disk 7 which is new England (Did I mention I LIVE in New England
) The stealer wants to grab me 2 Bills for the disk set.. I Need 1 Freakin' Disk.... So my question is 2 fold.. Does anyone know where I can get ahold of 2v Disk 7? Or does anyone have a copy they do not need and would like to sell at a reasonable price?2: Door Codes: As with all Eddie Bauers now, the truck as the keyless door code entry. Unfortunately (Again back to the damn dealer) they do not have it from the previous ownwer, nor are they willing to attach the computer to it to retrieve the code, oh yeah, unless I fork over another happy Ben in their direction. (You would think 22k for a used truck, they could afford 30 seconds on the diag machine for me) Along these lines, is there a cable and or software made that would let me plug into the truck and grab some of this information? Or is there a way I can reset it, like by turning the key 19 times opening the hatch and passing gas, or something along those lines???
Any help above would be GREAT.
As always guys, Thanks in advance.....

I found it, and let the dealer pull it anyway, since the service manager felt bad that sales was being a pain in the ***, he did it and charged them for it.. Didn't break my heart..
Thanks again.

I still can't believe the dealer wanted sixty bucks for that!
Which vehicle do you have?

Programming your own personal entry code
To program your own code:
1. Enter the factory set code (keypad will illuminate when pressed).
2. Press the 1 • 2 control within five seconds of Step 1.
3. Enter your personal 5–digit code. Enter each digit within five seconds of previous one.
4. After the code is entered, the locks will cycle, confirming that the new code has been set.
Do not set a code that includes five of the same number or presents them in sequential order. Thieves can easily figure out these types of codes. Your personal code does not replace the permanent code that the dealership gave you. You can use either code to unlock your vehicle. If a second personal code is entered, the module will erase the first personal code in favor of the new code.
If you wish to erase your personal code, use the following instructions:
1. Enter the factory set code.
2. Press the 1 • 2 control and release.
The system will now only respond to the factory set code.
Anti-scan feature
If the wrong code has been entered 7 times (35 consecutive button presses), the keypad is disabled for one minute and the keypad lamp will flash during this time. Note: Pressing 7 • 8 and the 9 • 0 simultaneously during this one minute period will still lock the vehicle. The anti-scan feature will turn off after one minute of keypad inactivity.
