I don't know if they are the best but I have the 2.5" Tuff Country Spring Packs. I like them and didn't notice much difference in the ride, so I've been happy with them. You can see the kit in my gallery if your interested.

I too have the tuff country spring packs. This levels out an F350 very nice but since the tuff country kit is for an F350, rear add-a-leafs or rear F350 blocks will have to be used.
I have sky jacker 2.5" add a leaf for the front it still rides the same. Just alot of work to take the spring pack out.
This seems like the best bang for the buck (next to shackles which some hate and some love) From what I see the springs are only about $100 and do the same thing as a spring pack IIUC. I may not understand as suspension is not my strong point!
I had a spring shop make me up an extra leaf per side for the front. I could have had any arch(lift) I wanted to up to 3" and it added 1200# to my stock 4800# springs which brought me up to the OEM snow plow prep package rating of 6000#. You could have the dealer get the plow springs and put them in if you want to stick with OEM parts.

I have a Tuff Country leveling kit in mine. I also have a snow plow, when I lift the plow it goes down a little but nothing like it did before. It rides a little rougher but it looks a lot better. My F-250 truck came with the 4" blocks so I didn't have to touch the back end. I put on longer shocks while I was at it, not necessary though. I have Rancho RS9000X adjustable shocks and I really like them.
