Radiator Question
As for the radiator you have several options
The cheapest is to solder it up yourself. Its easy enough, take a wire brush to it and brush the snot out of it, use a standard propane torch and solder like you would for fitting up copper pipes in your house. Apply some flux, heat the area, apply the solder and then pressure test.
Have a radiator repari shop make the repair
Replace the radiator
Adapt a different radiator. It seems like most any Ford truck Radiator up through the 70's is an easy adaptation to the earlier trucks. Just keep an eye on where the inlets and outlets are. Way back when I think I used a 1975 F-150 radiator in my 1960
Also, if the radiator inlets and outlets are different sizes than the inlets and outlets on the engine you can get rubber hose step down bushings from NAPA Auto (NBH900 -NBH905 in 1/4" increments from 1.5 hose to 3")
I'm currently running amid 70's Dodge truck radiator in my 1949 with a 500 Caddy.
here's a link to an online radiator catalog. You can browse around and get specs, sizes, inlet/oulelt info its. Thats what i did for my truck, then I orderd the radiator through my local Checker Auto, I think I paid less than $150.

I have heard that there is a decent universal fit radiator from Speedway motors for a decent price but I don't know much about it
