Flex plate weight??

Im bolting on the last few things on my 400 and Ive got a question about the flex plate. Is there a certian way to put the flex plate on? I mean the weight on the flexplate in relation to the damper weight. Does it matter? Do I need to put the weight on the damper in phase with the flexplate weight?

Hey Jaret:
Well you can't bolt it on wrong .. the holes only line up one way . there's one hole that just a little off so you can't bolt it on wrong ..
