Harmonic balancer slipped?

Harmonic balancer slipped?
- My truck is running good, but it has a slight vibration at idle I can't tune out.
- The timing mark on the harmonic balancer is approx. 180 degrees out from the timing tab.
- The timing light is functioning correctly and the probe was hooked up to the #1 cylider
- The rubber on the balancer looks fine.
- How can I tell if the harmonic balancer slipped?

I bought the truck about 1 year ago and never checked the timing. The distributor has not been touched. I do know that the previous owner had a "rv" cam put in the truck a couple of years ago.. I didn't think the truck would run with the distributor 180 degrees out. would it? Truck has great power.
