Al4d pressure switch question
what happens to drivin conditions when switch goes bad ? '88 ranger 2.3 AL4D wont pass smog like this.
heres what i got.runs great.boggs down leaving the lights(traffic).not all the time.
i passed replacing it cause it was replaced. does it tie in with dist. modulator and relay with the computer.

How they can be related? Usually engine lives on its own.... Failed smog test becouse of pressure switch??? I cant belive it.
PCV, Oxy sensor, spark plugs, MAF, cat... but not tranny may cause it....

yes. if the wheels dont turn ,the motor boggs and causes an improper reading.how is the smog test done where you are (UK) done ? we have to get the wheels up on some dyometer looking thing and have the test wand stuck in the exaust . if some one could look past this oversite and picth in. thanks
