All right, one of my inner spindle bearings bit it preventing me from locking one of my hubs in. When i took it all apart to sort it out, the hub body came out in pieces- not as in shattered but as in one of the spiral clips came undone and everything came out one piece at a time.
So i need an exploded diagram of a newer warn premium hub (3 yeard old) so i can put this thing back together.
I've found a diagram for a warn sourced Ford hub, but it doesn't have one of the pieces that came out. the "extra" piece is a copper colored split ring.
I got it all sorted out anyway. No one seems to have an actual diagram so i just sat down at the coffee table at lunch and got it all stuck back together. now i just need to go get that inner bearing, take everything apart AGAIN, and then get it all put back together.
Justin;
Guess you have it fugured out by now, but you have the other side to use as a reference. Just remove the other lockout, and duplicate it. That is the easiest way, and you know it works.
thought about it, but it's 10* out so I didn't want to be outside anymore than i needed to be. decided i'd rather spend a little extra time just trying to figure it out than to take the other side apart and have to do it twice.
