What size wheels??? Help
I have a 1977 Ford F250, Crew Cab, High Boy, 4x4 with divorced np205. I just installed new poly stock body bushings. The body is not lifted and I don't want to lift it. I am looking for a good used set of aluminum wheels and I need to know what the largest size tires I can put on the truck without causing any interference or rubbing problems especially when I turn. I am looking at a set of used 36x14.50 - 16.5 but I am not sure they will work. . Currently on the truck are 31 x 12 - 16.5. I would like to go as big as I can without causing any problems and without having to lift the body. Anyone with experience, or knowledge of what the largest size tires I can use please respond. I need help.
