2001 f 250
My truck just spit out a spark plug at 111 k miles and it cost me 700.00 plus tow. at 77k the dealer changed my third coil and all my plugs. They also wrote on the invice that #3 spark plug was loose. That's the one that just got spit out along with the threads. I hear thats a common problem? I tried to get them to pay, since it was not my fault, and guess what? I was pretty much told to go pound sand. Is there anything we can do? This seems to be a Ford defect. Any help will do. They ended up putting a foil sleeve.

Hmmm, the dealership did the work and then they don't want to accept responsibility for the problem? Time to contact customer service at Ford because the dealer isn't living up to their responsiblities.
