parts list
pressure cooker
copper tube The soft flexible kind
turkey frier themometer
copper fittings
rubber made tote
remove preasure relief plug from lid, this is where thermometer will go.
remove stem that preasure regulator weight goes on
this is where you will screw in your fittings for the copper tube to be attached
wrap thermometer with alot of teflon tape and screw it into where the relief plug was.
put mash in side cooker bring to temp on kitchen stoverun copper tubing though rubber made tote filled with ice and water and place end of tube over pitcher for distilled beverage to drip into.
If steam comes out end of tube your not cooling tube correctly
If themometer blows out of lid then you have a plug in the tube.
don't get it too hot slow and steady wins the race. thermometer is used to regulate temp not as a start or stopping point.
I suggest that you distill a lot of water at first to get the hang of running the still before moving on to the good stuff.
It has been a while since I have had mine up and running (like 4 years) but if you have any questions just ask.
