MLPS problem?

MLPS problem?
my 1995 f150 with automatic tranny have some problem...
i've do some search about the MLPS problem and i'm not sure if its the problem...
the tranny seems to always be in third speed...
it is really slow... and would not go over 80kmh
some times the truck start to shake a lot..
i have some problem since few month but
the problem is bigger now...
few month ago, i the overdrive was OFF the problem wasnt
present or just shift manually the speed...
now it seems to be stuck on a speed and wont downgrade or upgrade...
(sorry for my bad english its hard to explain and not my first language)
