I've wondered this myself. It seems like you should be able to. The F-250's which are identical, (on the outside), came with 460's. You might have to get stands and mounts out of a F-250. I don't know. I hope someone that knows more than me sees this thread. Help us, please!!!
Although I am swapping a 460 in place of a 351m in an f250 I think the following company can help you.
L&L products
D&B Sales

Finding parts for the swap will prove difficult. This guy makes a custom bolt in kit for the swap and is very well priced. Good luck.
Here's what you do...Dont buy the ll kit....Take the towers froma 4x4 ford 80-95 That had a 460)or order new for $100 and remove your small block towers, the 460 towers bolt right in, then just drop the 460 in, donr it 2x here, perfect swap, and wow, the power! They have double studs on the 460 towers from facotry, thats why you dont buy l&l crap, single stud conversion junk!
Just my own little opinion on this, but I would have to say to go with original Ford production parts. They were specifically designed to with stand the weight, torque, and power of a 460. Ford Motor Company pays their engineer's good money to determine the need strength of the suspension and frame, not to be changed by some aftermarket production crew that thinks they are 'experts'. That's just my opinion though.

But i dont think that any production parts will be able to withstand any engine modifications, more power= more torque and ponies, i think that the aftermarket parts will be just as good if not better.
As far as mounting the engine, the OEM parts are the way to go and will work fine.
I used them on the 460 swap into my 82 which had the 400 in it. The 460 looks like it came in my truck, other than I had to use a remote oil filter mount.
You will have other issues, such as the transmission, fuel injection or carb, ignition, etc.

The F150, F250 and F350 have the engine mounts (the parts that stick off the frame) in the same places, so absolutely yes, you can swap a I6, 302, 351 and a 460 into any of the F-trucks.
Where the difficulty often comes from going to the 460 is mating it to a tranny (bell housing differences) and the significant weight increase... your F150 is not currently engineered for a 1000lb engine, so you're going to need to do some suspension upgrades as well. I'd go as far as to box the frame near the engine mount arms, as well as the spring perches on the inside of the frame rail, just to have some extra strength in those areas.
