Not trying to discourage you but 351's are more of a hassle to install so I dropped a Mustang 5.0 in mine. 50,000 miles later it's still going strong. There's no substitute for cubic inches, but it's so cheap and easy to build a hotrod 302 that it's not really necessary to squeeze a 351 in there.
